Finova is a business management SaaS platform serving companies in Kosovo and the Western Balkans. We are committed to protecting the personal data of our users, their employees, and their clients.
We collect data you provide directly and data generated automatically through your use of the platform.
We use your data to provide the Finova platform, generate tax forms and compliance documents, process payroll calculations, and support you when you contact us. AI (Google Gemini) processes invoice images for OCR — this data is not used to train Google's models.
We do not sell your data. We share data only with trusted service providers: Google Cloud, Stripe/PayPal, Postmark/Resend, and AWS SES. Each company on Finova has completely isolated data storage — one company cannot access another's data.
We retain data for as long as your subscription is active, plus 90 days after cancellation. Financial and tax records are retained for 7 years to comply with Kosovo accounting law.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Request a full data export anytime from your account settings. Contact us at [email protected] to exercise your rights.
Finova uses essential cookies to maintain your login session. Analytics cookies (with consent) help us understand platform usage. We do not use advertising cookies.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We conduct regular security reviews, maintain strict access controls, and perform daily encrypted backups stored in multiple geographic locations.

By creating an account or using Finova, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If using Finova on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Finova provides a multi-tenant SaaS platform for business management including invoicing, payroll, tax compliance, CRM, HR, and project management. Tax forms are designed for Kosovo's ATK system. Users are responsible for verifying generated documents comply with current regulations before submission.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may invite team members who must also agree to these terms. You are responsible for all activity under your organization's account.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance in EUR. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. Annual plans are paid upfront for 12 months. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
You agree not to use Finova to violate any applicable laws, submit false tax data, upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Finova. By using the platform, you grant Finova a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service. We act as a data processor for your business data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Finova platform, including all software, designs, and AI features, is owned by Finova SH.P.K. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the platform. You retain all rights to your own content and data.
Finova is provided "as is." While we take great care in accuracy, we are not liable for errors in generated tax forms or payroll calculations. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs before submission to authorities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. We may terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you have 90 days to export your data. After 90 days, data is permanently deleted except as required by Kosovo law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Prishtinë, Kosovo. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in full effect.
